Hi Michael - I just wanted to drop you a line to say how pleased we were with the airbrushing you did at Josh's bar Mitzvah last week.  From the start when I saw your web-site, I knew you were a professional. You were competitively priced but I always think it is an advantage to work directly with a vendor.  You proved me right. 

You were wonderful in timely answering my concerns about having the airbrushing done right in our party room.  As well, you made an extra effort to make sure we were happy by addressing my needs for larger-sized shirts and doing items for grandma & grandpa. 

I strive for perfection and have to recognize it when I see that in other people.  You were organized in requesting the guest list to ensure that all the kids got a shirt or hat.  And I watched as you numbered and packaged each item upon completion.  And the display of offerings was fantastic - you really gave the kids a great assortment of designs.  You were ready to go during our cocktail hour as requested and I think that really helped get the kids excited about the party.       

I have already given your name out to friends whose kids were at the party.  I hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the future.
